These terms cover your use of this website. The specifics of any equipment order — configuration, price, delivery, and installation — are agreed directly with Carolina Shine USA in a written proposal and purchase agreement.
Quotes & specifications
Prices and specifications shown on this site are guides. Dimensions and configurations may vary by build and by site. Your actual price is the quote we prepare for your configured system, which we confirm in writing before any order. Quotes are free and carry no obligation.
Orders, delivery & installation
Lead times, delivery, and on-site installation are scheduled per order and confirmed in your agreement. Our engineers commission the equipment and train your team on-site, as described in your proposal.
Warranty & support
Equipment carries a three-year warranty with parts included, plus lifetime technical support, English manuals, and remote diagnostics — subject to the terms set out in your purchase agreement and the product documentation.
